The VultureAdrian Toomes, an electronics engineer and inventor, creates an electromagnetic harness that would enable its wearer to fly like a bird. His invention ignored by the firm he helped found, Tooms retires. Although an elderly man, Toomes creates the costumed identity of the Vulture. Attracted by the easy rewards and thrill of thievery, the Vulture subsequently embarks on a career as a costumed criminal.
The Vulture often battles Spiderman, both alone and as part of the Sinister Six. |
