The Scarecrow protects an ancient painting from the followers of Cult of Kalumai, both human and demon. The painting is actually an interdimensional doorway between the Earth and a Hell-like universe. The Scarecrow emerges from the painting and takes the form of a straw man with supernatural powers.

The guardian is a true scarecrow, made of straw and rags. Yet he possesses great strength and fighting skills. Scarecrow can call a large murder of crows to attack his enemies and can animate trees to move as he wills. His only weakness is fire, which can destroy his body. However, the Scarecrow can simply rebuild and reanimate another straw man host as he needs to, making him virtually unstoppable.
